ACTUAL POST DATE - 7/11/2019

Over the past week I asked my crew to do some research and work together to bounce ideas off for initial ideas we then held a crew meeting to put everything together. The crew came back with minimal research, there was this idea we came up with as a group where we looked at an existing video of an army advert that we liked, so Mccauley went off and looked into sound on the advert and how it was filmed and Osian and sam came back with a start to the storyboard, I was not happy with the quality of the research they came back with however I realised it is only the start so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked them to bring in their research and ideas in the form on professional pre production paper work so it can all easily go in on one file. I feel my role as a producer is not taken seriously as I feel I am doing the best I can at instructing my crew on what needs to be done but the work is not getting completed.
