What went well as a producer?

I feel my producing skills going into the project started off strong, I was contacting our client well with no problem, and with research showing how to deal with different clients. I was informing group members on what needed to be done next and I was chasing work that needed to be done and my communication skills towards the whole project was strong.

What went well as editor?

I feel my editing was strong with a clear flow and story line that met with the clients needs.

What could have gone better as producer?

I feel I could have been more strict with group members although I was chasing them up I wasn't been firm enough. I feel I could have also produced a better production timeline to help not only the crew but the client to know exactly what was going on and when.

What could have gone better as editor?

I wish I had more time to do more edits for feedback. I also wish I had been working along side the director and had paperwork to work with so my editing could have gone more smoothly and could have possible sped things up a bit to enable me to produce more drafts. I also feel I took way to long on the first edit for the shorter video which took up a lot of our time where we could have been planning for the next part sooner, so if I just had knuckled down and edited that quicker our production timeline would have been better
