2nd Meeting
ACTUAL POST DATE - 14/11/2019
Today we had our second meeting with Charlie. where we were able to hold a face to face meeting. I asked my crew to bring in their storyboard I had asked them to complete to show Charlie however it turns out they had not done it, after I put my point forward that it is not only important to get paper work done for the benefit of us passing our assignment but it also shows Charlie that we are treating this professionally and it will gain more trust with him I asked them to please prepare themselves for the meeting so they could give Charlie a clear view of what our idea is. They did managed to do that and Charlie was happy with our idea and let us develop it. once again I would like to point out about my role as producer not being taken seriously, I am asking for work to be completed for meetings however it is not.
What will I do?
I will sit down with my crew and explain the importance of pre production and how it can help us to plan activities better and show that we have really thought about the film with research.
